Harrison Audio 32Cpre+

The Harrison Audio 32Cpre+ is a 500 Series microphone preamplifier that brings the renowned sound of Harrison's 32Classic studio console into a compact, modular format. At its core, the 32Cpre+ features a Jensen JT-MB-CPCA transformer-coupled mic preamp, delivering a warm, rich tone characterized by full low-end, open midrange, and smooth, natural highs.

This preamp offers a gain range from +20 to +70 dB, accommodating a wide variety of microphones, including ribbon mics. For added versatility, it includes a -20 dB pad, 48V phantom power, polarity reverse, and Hi-Z impedance switches. A front-mounted combo XLR and ¼" jack connector facilitate easy connections for both microphones and instruments without the need to access the rear panel of your 500 Series rack.

Incorporating Harrison's legendary high-pass and low-pass filters, the 32Cpre+ provides musical 12 dB/octave slopes, with the high-pass filter featuring a distinctive 3 dB resonant peak. The high-pass filter operates over a range of 25 Hz to 3.1 kHz, while the low-pass filter covers 160 Hz to 20 kHz, allowing for precise tonal shaping during recording or mixing sessions.
