Who can buy from Studio Economik?

Everyone is welcome! We serve all types of customers! From professional studios and industry veterans to beginners building their first setup.

What kind of gear do you sell?

We specialize in professional audio, recording, studio, and location sound equipment. Everything from microphones, outboard gear, and consoles to monitors, interfaces, and accessories. If it’s related to audio production, chances are we carry it.

What if the product I’m looking for is not on your site?

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact us! We can often special order it from our suppliers, or recommend a similar product that will suit your needs.

Do you buy or trade used gear?

No. We do not buy or trade used equipment.

Do you rent equipment?

No. We do not rent equipment.

Do you offer rent-to-buy options?

No, we do not offer rent-to-buy. However, we provide financing options to help spread out the cost:

  • Affirm for smaller purchases.
  • Equilease for larger orders.

Commande

Puis-je annuler ma commande ?

Nous comprenons parfaitement que nous puissions changer d'avis ! Nous le souhaiterions, mais une fois la commande passée, nous ne pouvons pas la modifier ni l'annuler pour le moment. Nous espérons pouvoir bientôt disposer d'une période d'annulation.

Si l'article ne vous convient pas, n'hésitez pas à l'échanger contre un modèle de votre choix ou à le retourner pour obtenir un remboursement. Pour rappel, les frais de retour nationaux sont gratuits.

Nous aussi, nous voulons vous parler ! Contactez-nous pour toute question, préoccupation ou commentaire. Nous vous répondrons dans les 48 heures. Veuillez noter que les demandes envoyées le vendredi recevront une réponse le lundi suivant, voire plus tôt.

How do I know if my order went through?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your items ship, we’ll send you a tracking number.

Can I change or cancel an order after it’s placed?

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for changes or cancellations.

Do you accept special orders?

Yes. Items not listed on our site can often be special ordered. Special orders require a 25% non-refundable deposit. The deposit is non-refundable. Once the order has been placed with the supplier, we cannot cancel it or recover the deposit. Please be sure of your purchase before confirming a special order.

How long do special orders take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and product availability. We’ll provide you with an estimated timeline at the time of order, but please note that these are estimates only and subject to change.

Can I return or exchange a special order item?

Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective. If there are any issues, please contact us and we’ll work with the manufacturer to resolve them under warranty.

Combien de temps faudra-t-il pour recevoir ma commande ?

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes. Local customers can choose in-store pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with trusted carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, Purolator, and others depending on the order size, weight, and destination.

Retours et remboursements

Comment retourner un produit ?

Les articles doivent être retournés dans les 30 jours suivant la réception de votre commande. Ils doivent être dans le même état qu'à la réception, non portés, non utilisés, avec leurs étiquettes et dans leur emballage d'origine.

Combien de temps faudra-t-il pour recevoir mon remboursement ?

Les remboursements sont traités dans les 7 jours suivant la réception du ou des articles.

When will I get my refund (if approved)?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–5 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.

Are shipping costs refundable?

No. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Repairs & Warranties

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Products purchased from Studio Economik include a 1-year warranty. Some manufacturers offer extended warranties, but after the first year, costs such as shipping, service fees, and parts may apply. Proof of purchase is required.

What if my product is out of warranty?

Repairs on items older than one year are considered non-warranty repairs. A $75 non-refundable intake fee is required before we can provide an RMA and place your unit in the repair queue.

How much do non-warranty repairs cost?

Our labor rate is $75/hour plus tax, plus the cost of parts and shipping. If the repair will exceed $150, we’ll contact you for written approval.

How long do repairs take?

Turnaround times vary. Simple repairs may only take a few days, but manufacturer service center repairs can take 6–8 weeks or longer, especially if parts need to be ordered. Repairs are handled in order of intake. We do not offer rush service.

Do you loan equipment while my unit is being repaired?

No. We do not provide loaner gear during repairs.

How do I get started?

Contact your sales representative or email us at repair@economik.com. We’ll guide you through the RMA process and provide shipping/packaging instructions if needed.
