Introducing the Latch Lake RetroBoom and RetroBoom-SG. With hundreds of thousands of broken or barely working classic boom stands in studios throughout the world, we have released a product to revive and enhance those old stands for nearly HALF the cost of a new micKing boom stand. The RetroBoom mounts to all stand masts containing 7/8-27 threads (note standard mic threads are 5/8-27). It will turn your fixed length boom stand into a telescoping boom, convert your fixed counterweight to a movable counterweight, transition your boom clutch into the worlds strongest, transform all of your adjustment points to quick releases and add over 280º more of quick and easily LOCKABLE positioning possibilities at the end mounting point (standard with SG Model). Both models will be available in nitride-black OR chrome.
