Midas KT-DN32-ADAT

The Klark Teknik DN32-ADAT is an expansion module designed to enhance the recording and playback capabilities of Midas M32 and Behringer X32 digital mixing consoles. It provides up to 32 channels of bidirectional audio via ADAT optical interfaces, facilitating seamless integration with ADAT-compatible devices such as digital audio workstations, stand-alone recorders, and other digital mixers.

Equipped with four input and four output TOSLINK optical fiber connectors, the DN32-ADAT supports simultaneous 24-bit audio transmission at sample rates of 44.1 or 48 kHz. The optical connections offer galvanic isolation, effectively eliminating ground loop interference and ensuring high-quality signal integrity.

The module includes a BNC word clock input and output, allowing for external clock synchronization. Users can designate any ADAT input as the clock master to align the console's internal clock with external audio processing equipment, ensuring sample-accurate synchronization across devices.
