Every component is carefully chosen - from gold-plated switches and precision capacitors to a Jensen input transformer and custom-wound Avedis output transformer - to deliver maximum headroom, ultra-low noise, and a musical response that feels effortless in both tracking and mixing. The discrete, all-analog signal path avoids IC chips, relying instead on the highly regarded 1122 op-amp to preserve the depth, warmth, and harmonic richness of your source.

With three fully sweepable bands offering nine selectable frequencies per band, the E27 gives engineers flexible tonal shaping with surgical precision or broad musical curves. A push-button shelving option is available for both the low and high bands, and the +/-16 dB boost/cut range is designed with a unique taper that allows fine adjustments in the subtle +/-6 dB range while still offering bold tone-shaping at the extremes. Thoughtful ergonomics, like tactilely distinct knobs for quick adjustments, make it intuitive to use even in fast-paced sessions.
