Sonifex AVN-AESIO8R

The Sonifex AVN-AESIO8R is a 1U rack-mount audio interface that facilitates the integration of up to eight stereo AES3 digital audio inputs and outputs with Dante Audio-over-IP networks. Each input accepts sample rates from 32kHz to 192kHz, with built-in sample rate conversion aligning them to the Dante system's rate. Outputs follow the Dante system's sample rate, ensuring seamless audio transmission. Dual Ethernet ports support redundant network modes, maintaining audio routing in case of a network link failure. The device is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) and features front-panel LEDs indicating status for PoE power, network link, clock synchronization, and AES3 input locks. Configuration is managed through Dante Controller software, and the unit is AES67 compliant and compatible with Dante Domain Manager, ensuring broad interoperability and enhanced network management capabilities.
