DESIGN MATTERS The ZMT4-HM is a lightweight plug-on style transmitter with a built-in antenna. It's perfect for handheld microphones, ENG applications, and plant microphones. This new model has NeverClip™ and better battery life.

Please note, this transmitter is NOT intended to be used with a boom pole.

Weighing only 3.1oz (88g), the ZMT4-HM is constructed in a high-strength impact-resistant nylon polymer casing with rounded edges and machined metal that's cool to the touch.

MICROPHONE CONNECTIVITY A 3-pin XLR connector makes it ideal for most microphones.

ENCRYPTED AUDIO Audio is transmitted using 100% digital modulation. Transmitting digitally allows the audio to be encrypted. Zaxcom uses an advanced encryption system to keep audio private.

SINGLE OR DUAL MICROPHONE Supports two lavalier microphones in stereo mode or a single lavalier in mono mode. Connection type: two microdot inputs.

INTERNAL RECORDING Transmitted audio can be simultaneously recorded internally to a microSD card. Audio files are recorded using the highly reliable lossless MARF (Mobile Audio Recording Format) which eliminates file corruption common to recordings due to a dead battery or early card removal.

BETTER WORKFLOW The ZMT4-X provides a 136 dB dynamic range in both mono or stereo modes. Power is selectable, either 25 or 50 mW. An OLED displays key information.

ADVANCED FEATURES ZaxNet™ is a long-range remote control system allowing users to change frequency, input gain, and power output without removing the transmitter from the talent.

Zaxcom High Density modulation (ZHD) increases the number of available channels to 9 in one MHz of spectrum space.

POWER A Motorola BT100/BT110 (PMNN4468A) battery provides up to 16 hours of runtime and 48 hours of standby time on a single charge.

MHZ BANDS ZMT4-X is available in the following frequency bands: ".5 band" (512-608 MHz) ".6 band" (596-698 MHz) (not available in the U.S.)
