Measuring 24 inches by 48 inches with a 1-inch thickness, each tile combines a ¾-inch layer of high-density 6-pound-per-cubic-foot glass wool with a ½-inch gypsum board backing. This dual-layer construction effectively absorbs sound within a room while blocking noise from passing through the ceiling plenum to adjacent spaces, making it ideal for environments such as conference rooms, music rooms, home theaters, call centers, doctor's offices, and restaurants.
