In homage to Albert Laracine, tireless co-founder, craftsman and teacher of the ORTF stereophonic recording technique, here is the side windshield ALBERT.
Same as AL-ORTF-8000 but fitted with an extra center microphone. It's NOT and "LCR" system ! See the ALBERT range main page for explanations.
L & R Mics: Cardioids (8040) Center Mic generally chosen: Super/Hypercardioid (8050)
The Center Mic is detachable to let the (pseudo) XY configuration.
